Oregon Clean Vehicle Rebate Program Disclaimer: Program eligibility, rebate amounts, vehicle eligibility, income requirements, funding availability, and other terms are determined by the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) and are subject to change. Program is scheduled to reopen August 25, 2026 and remain open through November 4, 2026, or until available funding is exhausted. Standard Rebates provide up to $2,000 for qualifying new eligible zero-emission vehicles. Charge Ahead Rebates provide up to $7,500 for qualifying new or used eligible vehicles and are subject to income eligibility requirements. Actual rebate amount varies by vehicle type, battery capacity, purchase price, and applicant eligibility. Vehicles must appear on DEQ’s Eligible Vehicle List. Applicants may receive either a Standard Rebate or a Charge Ahead Rebate, subject to program rules. Purchase or lease does not guarantee rebate approval or availability of funds.
