Every time I go back to the service department for an oil change or to have something done with my car, the staff and managers are very helpful and accommodating. I may have to wait to get everything I want done on my car, but my car is done right and I'm always treated with respect.

If you don't want to go through my total experience, you can just scroll down to the bottom for my final conclusion.After 20 years it was time to let go of my faithful old Taurus. I'm a photographer and very conscious of gas milage, so I knew that I'd need a compact that was a hatchback to carry my background and equipment. I'm also a gardener, so I haul a lot of compost too. (in bins). I thought that a Kia Soul might meet my needs better than any other options because the interior is so spacious for such a small car. I was, frankly, not looking forward to the "used car sales" experience, being pressured to buy above my price range and then to run the sales gauntlet of add-ons like coatings and extended warranty. I began at Kia Mazda used cars since they have such a large selection. My first contact was Joseph (Jet) ; and when I told him my needs his first suggestion was the Soul. He was so helpful, answering questions - even those I didn't actually know enough to ask - and he offered good information for my specific situation. I had never seen a Soul "in person", so he led me to the nearest one so I could take a look at it. He did tell me that it was not the one I'd want (as he knew that I would be paying cash and it was above my budget), but just to acquaint myself the the style.We looked at others in my range but the mileage on the first one was so low and the car was so clean that I returned to it to take another look. Since I had been researching online, I recognized the price to be very fair. I left to look at other lots, but never found anything that I liked as well, so at the end of the day came back to take a last look before deciding on the white Soul for my purchase. I'm a senior, so I knew this would probably be my last car. It was a big decision for me, so he said I could think about it overnight. I came up with the difference and called the next morning to set up a time to meet him late in the day.Now I steeled myself for the dreaded add-on sales pitch as he sent me to Brian Partch, the finance manager. What a surprise! He was just as friendly and helpful as Jet and we quickly went through all the paperwork, chatting along the way. Suddenly the last paper was signed, I gave him my check and the car was mine. Brian finished by giving me a coupon for a free oil change and a powertrain maintenance. Not even a hint of a sales add-on!Jet and I talked about families (and his first car - another Taurus) while we waited for my car to be finished detailing. I don't know what they did, because it was so clean when I first looked at it. And they sent me off with a full tank of gas.In conclusion, purchasing my pre-owned car from Kiefer Mazda was a totally enjoyable experience from start to finish. Jet was great to work with; endlessly helpful, and genuinely personable. The sales foyer is very comfortable and every aspect of the sale was both friendly and professional.I've been a small business owner for 40 years, and this is the way every business should be run!
My wife and I went in to look at a used Fiat 500 they had. We were treated very well by the sales group, and after we gave our best offer it was accepted. The process of the purchase, though slower than I would have liked, was simple and the staff were friendly. I would recommend them if you're in the market for a used car as they were very easy to work with. While that's what we should all expect from a dealership, in this case they delivered a good buying experience that left us pleasantly surprised. The only hiccup was a lack of follow up when it came to a small item that needed fixed on the car, which was fixed today quickly and easily by their service department.

I cannot believe the generosity and kindness of the guys I worked with. First time in buying a car(I have bought many) where I didn’t get completely worked over. I worked with Fadi, Marty, and Brian. All stand up guys. If you need a vehicle even if it’s not a Mazda go see them. I was in over my head with a car that had negative equity and super high payments. They not only got me into a beautiful car I didn’t have to sacrifice comfort or looks. They cut my payments in half. They saved my life. Thank you guys!!!
I had an awesome experience with getting my car. Fadi worked very hard to make things happen for me as well as my sales person Dylan. Both really kind and had the car picked out and ready when we got there from Albany. Every other dealership said no to me because of my negative equity and very average credit but Fadi worked hard to get me a single digit interest rate as well as affordable payments. So thankful for them and helping me out. Would recommend.
