Make Driving More Fun in a New Mazda6
Unlike some automakers who are content to update their vehicles once a year, Mazda has decided to take a different approach for 2017. That’s right. This year, the automaker is releasing a new Mazda6 mid-way through the year. Dubbed the 2017.5 model, this new iteration of the Mazda6 sports sedan features more premium available features on the Touring trim model as well as a revamped suite of standard safety features, even on the base Sport model. Expect to see 2017.5 models in showrooms later this month.
What Exactly is New About the 2017.5 Mazda6?
Mazda6 Sport models will receive standard Blind Spot Monitoring and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert safety features, which were previously an upgrade. The Touring trim will also get navigation and heated front seats as standard features. However, for leather seating, Touring buyers must opt for the Premium Package. That being said what was previously a 6-way power drivers seat now becomes an 8-way seat. Pricing will start at $21,945.
